| Feilden + Mawson and FAM Architekti have achieved planning and listed building consent for The Garden Quarter project for City&Country. The former RAF site at Caversfield near Bicester comprises 191 units and will offer a selection of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom conversion apartments and houses within a 23 acre parkland setting, with extensive landscaping and many mature trees. | Most of the buildings on the site are listed and have been sensitively adapted to residential use. 36 of the units are new build as terraces, courtyard houses or detached villas. The project is a team effort in close co-operation with renowned landscaped architecture studio Grant Associates. |
